EARTO Webinar on the ECA Opinions on the European Competitiveness Fund and Horizon Europe Proposals

EARTO organises a webinar on the “European Court of Auditors (ECA) Opinions on the European Competitiveness Fund and Horizon Europe Proposals”. The webinar will feature presentations by the ECA on two opinions from its ongoing series examining the European Commission (EC)’s proposals for the next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2028-2034. Under its mandate, the ECA provides independent advice to support the legislative process, focusing on programme design, governance, performance and financial control, to help ensure transparency, accountability, and sound use of EU funds. The webinar will feature two of the experts who have produced these opinions:
